    I placed and order for an outdoor set, name AL Fresco, on June 21, now almost 4 weeks later , I have no clue when this set will arrive, of course I called the store where I placed the order to have information and I receive the same story over and over. The warehouse where is coming from is down due to a software issue and they are not shipping anything at the moment? Really? Is this a joke? Beside they keep saying that there is nothing they can do about it. On the other hand they were really quick to take the money out of my account the moment I placed the order in the store!     I ordered the desk and the book cases. I've been waiting for them to be delivered for two weeks. Guess what. I didn't expect them to be delivered to 6 different packages with two different delivery services. I tried really hard to rearrange the delivery schedules but I heard that they don't indicate the schedule or I have to pick them up by myself. After hours of phone calls, the only solution was that I have to rent a truck to pick the packages since they can't fit my car.     I placed two orders for curtain rods which are on sales online and both of them were cancelled today (a week and two days after my orders) because they said they do not have the products in stock.
