  • Defective table



    I bought a dining table at C&B San Diego (UTC) a couple of months ago (a pretty expensive one) and it was efficiently delivered at the agreed time. After a month of having the table at home (so after the 7 days return period), some cracks appeared in the table, as if the planks were becoming separated. I sent them an email with some pictures of the table where the cracks could easily be seen and they immediately told me that they would replace the table right away at no cost for me.     I purchased a sofa and ottoman at C&B in West Hartford, CT about 2 years ago. I am an Interior Designer myself and being such I can be very picky about the quality of my furniture. After shopping through many, many, many furniture stores, trade showrooms and online retail outlets for more than 2 years I finally found a sofa and ottoman available in GOOD quality leather called "Luggage" (99% of retail furniture leather is coated with plasticisers - you may as well be buying vinyl) and of the overall quality I desired and could afford.
